I came across your blog via becslittleblackblog.com and saw your deployment pictures … Becca told me your husband was just recently deployed in July. My husband is in the Air National Guard out of Fargo and is currently in Afghanistan, Yes, the deployments are “only” six months long, but that doesn’t make it any easier or mean you miss them any less. Please feel free to email me or let me know if you’re ever in Fargo, it’s always nice to talk with someone who can relate. My prayers are with you both as you start this journey, hopefully the warm summer weather will carry you through the half-way point, after which the countdown can begin!
