A splendid time in Oregon! Although many moments of the trip were not photographed, I got to spend lots of time with people I loved, doing things that I love. Moments not pictured below: Mom and I upheld our tradition of watching A Muppet’s Christmas Carol. Kelsi and I hit up Ixtapa and had good conversations/much laughter. I crocheted Rochelle a headband. I got to spend time with Kate and her sweet boy, Harlan. He is not even 2 yet and he knows all his letters can sing lots of songs and is all around smart and hilarious – just like his mama. Hanging out at Nana and Poppy’s house. Watching “Haven” with my mom (semi-cheesy yet addicting series based on the Stephen King novel “The Colorado Kid”) I had the chance to see my dad, papa, grandma and little sister, Chelsea, for the first time in many years and I could hardly believe how grown-up Chelsea is. All in all, it did my heart good to be at home! Looking forward to January when Josh and I get to make the trip together!
Love the new blog look (and I’m realizing it may have been changed for a while, I’ve been an awful reader/commenter lately!)
So glad you had a great trip and I’m excited that you and Josh will get to go again soon – together!!!
Thanks, Rebecca! 🙂 Great to hear from you. I’m catching up on your blog now, too!
